danagg Platform Privacy Notice - How We Protect Your Data
This page describes what we collect when you use e-walletgg and how we keep that data protected throughout your account lifecycle. We collect personal information when you register, when you deposit via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or direct bank transfer, and when you request withdrawals. Every piece of data we hold — your name, email, identity document, payment history, session logs — is encrypted and stored securely on servers operated under strict access controls.
We recognise that account security and privacy matter more when you're funding your account with real money and tracking sensitive information like withdrawals or transaction history. Our privacy practices reflect this responsibility. We don't sell your data to third parties. We don't use your information to market unrelated services. We don't retain data longer than necessary to fulfil our legal and operational obligations.
The sections below explain what we collect, how we use it, what rights you have, and how to contact us with questions. This notice applies whenever you use mobile bankinggg — whether through our Android app, iOS browser, or desktop interface — across all regions where we operate.
What we collect on danagg
We collect your email address, password (encrypted, never stored in plain text), legal name, date of birth, and phone number during registration. For account verification, we collect a photo of your national identity document. We verify that your document is genuine and matches the name and birthdate you provided, then we encrypt and store the photo securely.
When you deposit, we receive payment confirmation from your banking app — e-wallet platforms like e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and mobile banking confirm the transaction immediately; local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and mobile banking transfers confirm within 1–2 business hours. We record the transaction timestamp, amount, payment method, and confirmation reference. These records remain in your account ledger indefinitely so you can retrieve your deposit history at any time.
As you use local paymentgg, we log your session activity — logins, game sessions, betting interactions, and withdrawal requests. Each log entry carries a timestamp and is associated with your account. We use this data to reconstruct your account history, resolve disputes, and detect fraudulent activity. During high-volume periods like Liga 1 matchdays or Piala AFF tournaments, our servers process millions of session logs daily. These logs are never shared with advertisers or marketing partners.
Third-party processors and data transfers
Our servers may sit outside your jurisdiction — we operate infrastructure in multiple regions to ensure uptime and resilience. When data crosses borders, it remains encrypted. Our payment processors (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) receive only the minimum information required to complete your transaction — your name, account identifier, and amount. They do not receive your password, identity document, or full account history.
We use a third-party security auditor to test our infrastructure annually. That auditor may access anonymised system logs to verify encryption, authentication, and data segregation. The auditor signs a non-disclosure agreement and cannot retain copies of data.
Cookies and tracking on mobile bankinggg
We use cookies to maintain your session on local paymentgg. When you log in via our Android app or iOS browser, we set a session cookie that persists for your authenticated session. If you don't log in for 24 hours, that cookie expires and we ask you to authenticate again. We do not use cookies to track your behaviour across external websites. We do not set third-party cookies for advertising or analytics.
Local storage on your mobile device may contain preferences — game favourite lists, notification settings, video quality choices. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly sync your account to a new phone.
Your rights and our data retention
You have the right to access all personal data we hold about you. You can request a copy of your account data — identity information, transaction history, session logs — by contacting our support team within the danagg app. We'll provide the data in a machine-readable format within 30 days.
You have the right to request deletion of your account. When you request account closure, we anonymise your personal data but retain encrypted transaction records for compliance with Indonesian financial regulations. Specifically, we retain deposit and withdrawal records for seven years to support audit trails and fraud investigation. Your identity document photo is deleted immediately upon account closure unless we're required to retain it by law.
You have the right to correct inaccurate information. If your registered name or email is wrong, you can update it in account settings. For identity documents, contact our support team to initiate a re-verification.
How we use your data
We use your email and phone number to send account notifications — withdrawal confirmations, login alerts, payment status updates. We never send unsolicited marketing emails. During Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or other holidays, we don't increase email frequency. We respect silence hours if you configure them in notification settings.
We analyse aggregated, anonymised session data to improve platform performance — we track which games load slowest, which features are most used, which payment methods fail most often. This analysis never includes your personal information or betting history. We use insights to optimise infrastructure and fix bugs.
We use your transaction data to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. We flag unusual deposit patterns (e.g., multiple deposits totalling large amounts in short periods) and may request additional verification before processing withdrawals. This verification protects both you and e-walletgg.
Contact us about privacy

We review this privacy notice annually and update it if our practices change. The current notice applies from the date shown at the bottom of the local paymentgg website. We notify users of material changes via email and within the app.
